Cream of cauliflower and hazelnut soup served with parsnip crisps and crusty bread

Hafod cheese and leek pâté served with pear chutney and toasted brioche

Asian cured salmon with pickled salad and dill, lime crème fraîche

Red pepper & goat’s cheese, mixed leaf & balsamic glaze

Mains

Traditional roast turkey, chipolata sausages, roast potatoes, cranberry coulis, seasonal vegetables and turkey pan jus

Pork loin roulade stuffed with black pudding, served with crushed potato and spring onion, pan-fried savoy cabbage, and sage and cream sauce

Salmon fillet served on a bed of dill potatoes, asparagus, turned courgette, and vermouth and black shrimp cream sauce

Courgette and lemon risotto with a parmesan tuile

Desserts

Traditional Christmas pudding served with rum sauce

Apple crumble tart with homemade custard, vanilla ice cream

Lemon curd Pavlova served with mixed berries and lemon curd cream

Selection of Welsh cheeses served with kumquat chutney and savoury biscuits
