Broccoli and stilton soup served with herb croutons

Hafod cheese and leek pate served with pear chutney and toasted brioche

Mackerel fillet pan fried and served on a bed of dauphinoise potato,
broad beans, and a fennel sauce

Traditional roast turkey, chipolata sausages, roast potatoes, cranberry coulis,
seasonal vegetables and turkey pan jus

Pan roasted hake fillet served with dill and butter crushed potatoes,
green beans, carrot sesame spaghetti and bisque sauce
