Dining at Bron Eifion
Our Head Chef and his team freshly prepare daily, a variety of dishes using the finest local and seasonal ingredients.
Our local suppliers include fresh fish from Pwllheli, beef and lamb from Tyddyn Mawr in Dolbenmaen and fresh produce from Anglesey.
We are more than happy to cater for any special dietry requirements but would kindly ask for advance notice.
From delicious home made breads to mouthwatering ice creams and desserts, everything on the menu is created in house.
Our wine list of over 70 wines and champagnes are specially selected to compliment our menus and should you require advice on selecting an appropriate wine for your meal we are happy to assist.
The restaurant is open each day for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Breakfast: 7.30am until 9.30am
Lunch 12.00 until 2.00pm
Dinner 6.30pm until last orders at 9.00pm
The hotel is open for morning coffee and cream teas in the afternoons daily.
For full afternoon tea - bookings required.
