Cancellation Policy
Prices
All rates are quoted per room per night (based on two people sharing) and are inclusive of VAT.
Deposit
A deposit of £50.00 is required to confirm the booking. The deposit is non-refundable or transferable. A booking will be confirmed in writing by email or post.
Arrivals and Departures
Check in is from 15.00pm
Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11.00am
Cancellations
We operate a 24hr cancellation policy. Should the need arise please cancel directly with the hotel on 01766 522385. You will be issued with a cancellation reference number which must be quoted in any future dealings related to your booking. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a charge equivalent to your first nights stay (this also applies to rooms within group bookings).
Insurance
You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personal effects and money.
